The need for humanitarian relief and development is large and complex. Today an experienced but underutilized resource of talented, committed field staff exists within relief and missions organizations worldwide. America and the International community have the compassion, products, and talent to make an impact if only we can find a way to bring these great resources to these great needs.

RICE with your partnering is building the bridges of distribution for food, healthcare, education, and community development. We serve by providing resources and developing the infrastructure and tools to expand the reach of relief efforts around the world. We equip those field staff to do what they can do best.
